1. What Vellox does
Vellox is a software service for competitive intelligence. You add competitors' websites, and Vellox monitors publicly available information on them (such as pricing pages, public sitemaps, public job boards and blogs), records changes, and sends you summaries and alerts by email and in your dashboard. Summaries are written with the help of AI.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use Vellox for business or professional purposes.
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person or company per account. Don't share accounts to get around plan limits.
3. Free trial, plans and payment
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed for the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid monthly plan (currently Starter at $49/month and Growth at $149/month, prices shown on our website). Prices may change; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
- Payments are processed by our reseller, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders. Creem handles billing, payment details, sales tax/VAT and invoices. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the Billing link in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee; see our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Vellox to monitor anything other than publicly accessible business websites.
- Use Vellox for anything unlawful, or to harass, stalk or collect personal data about individuals.
- Try to bypass plan limits, security measures, or the access rules (such as robots.txt) of monitored sites.
- Resell, scrape or overload the Vellox service itself.
Vellox only reads publicly available pages, respects each site's robots.txt rules, and never logs in to monitored websites. You are responsible for how you use the information Vellox provides.
6. AI-generated content
Briefs, summaries and "why it matters" notes are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are information, not professional, legal or financial advice. Check the linked source before acting on important decisions.
7. Availability
We work to keep Vellox running and checking daily, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that every change on a monitored site will be detected, or that a given site can be monitored at all (some sites block automated access).
8. Your data
You own the list of competitors you add and your account data. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
9. Liability
Vellox is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business decisions made using Vellox), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Vellox at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable. If we ever discontinue Vellox, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid period.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Vellox afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at muhammad2372002@gmail.com. We'll try to resolve it informally before any formal process.
