Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed, so you're never charged unless you choose a plan.

If you're not happy, you can get a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days of being charged. No questions required, though we'd love to hear what we could do better.
To request one, email muhammad2372002@gmail.com from your account's email address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our payment provider, Creem (our merchant of record), usually within 5–10 business days. Your subscription is cancelled when the refund is issued.
After that
- Later monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime from the Billing link in your dashboard.
- When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- If you're charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge) or Vellox has a serious outage, contact us and we'll make it right.
Fair use
The money-back guarantee applies once per customer. We may decline refunds for accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service. This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws.
